Privacy Policy and the Processing of Personal Data

We collect personal data to provide a service, identify a person, contact a person to provide a service or to resolve any issues. We do not process special categories of personal data as defined in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

Definitions:

Controller means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
Processor means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller;
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;
Processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;
Cookie is a small text file stored by the website in your computer or smart device when you visit our website. It allows the storage of information regarding your preferences so that you do not have to make the same choices when visiting the website or browsing the pages again.

Which Personal Data do we Collect and for What Purpose?

If you request more information about a service through our website, we will collect and process the following personal data.

3r Computers OÜ collects the following personal data:
• name
• e-mail address
• phone number
• content of your inquiry

Inquiries can be sent by filling in the contact form or sending an e-mail to 3r@3r.ee. In putting together an offer, we also use the information obtained from a query made to the Credit Register or the portal inforegister.ee about the company.

The legal basis for such processing of personal data is the processing of personal data for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Web Browsing Statistics
Anonymous technical data are collected about a visitor who browses the websites.
The technical data include the URL address (IP address) of the computer or the computer network used, the software version of the browser and the operating system, and the time (time, date, year) and location of the visit. The IP address is not linked to any information allowing the identification of a person.

To collect the data referred to above, we use the automated tool Google Analytics. If you do not agree to such collection, you can always opt out of Google Analytics collecting the data as described below.

Cookies
We use cookies on our websites to improve the quality of the services we provide. We use session cookies, persistent cookies and third-party cookies (Google Analytics, Facebook):

  • to identify new and existing customers;
  • to store your preferences such as language, contrast colour settings or font size;
  • to remember if you have consented to the cookies on our website;
  • to collect reliable information on website traffic and measure how accurately the website meets the needs of the users, and make improvements if necessary.

Enabling cookies is not a prerequisite for using the main functions of the website but will provide an enhanced browsing experience. You can always delete or block the cookies, but by doing so, some of the functions of the website may not work as desired.

Please bear in mind that some of the cookies are provided by a third-party service provider performing any of the above duties on our behalf.
The information linked to cookies is not used to identify you and the data we have collected are under our control. The cookies are not used for any purposes other than those described above.

How Long do we Store the Cookies?

We store the anonymous technical data collected through the website for an unspecified period.
We store the personal data and customer data no longer than is necessary for:
• the provision of services and information
• interaction regarding the inquiries made
• ensuring preferences are chosen and rights executed

Sharing Personal Data

We have the right to disclose your personal data, customer data or business data to companies that provide us with business support services, such as website analytics or customer service. These companies are authorised to use the personal data, customer data or business data for the sole purpose of providing services to us. We ensure that our service providers are located in the European Economic Area.
We share your personal data, customer data or business data with third persons only in the ways that are described in the privacy notice. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.

Rights

In certain cases, you will have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
If you believe your privacy has been abused, please contact the controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the country of your habitual residence.

Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing
If you want to be “forgotten”, please let us know by writing to the address 3r@3r.ee. Based on your application, we will remove the information related to your inquiry/inquiries from our systems.
